Co ownership, step by step.

Baytly and you buy the home together. You live in it. You gradually buy our share over time. No interest, no debt, just a partnership that ends with you owning 100 percent.

We Co Purchase The Home

You bring your down payment. Baytly contributes the remaining amount. Ownership is split transparently on day one, and your name is on the home.

You Live In It, You Pay A Usage Fee On Our Share

Each month, you make one payment covering two things, a usage fee on Baytly's share and an equity payment that buys more of our ownership.

You Own 100 Percent

Over 15 to 30 years (you choose), you gradually acquire all of Baytly's ownership. When you are done, the home is fully yours, with no interest and no debt.
