We Buy It Together
You find your dream home. Baytly co-purchases it with you. You put down 10–20%, and Baytly funds the rest. Both names go on the title. You're a co-owner from day one — not a borrower.
You Live In It, You Pay Rent On Our Share
Each month, you make one payment covering two things: a usage fee on Baytly's share of the home and a purchase payment that buys more of Baytly's ownership. Your share grows every single month.
You Own 100%
Over 15 to 30 years (you choose), you gradually acquire all of Baytly's ownership. When you're done, the home is 100% yours. No interest was ever charged. No debt was ever created. Just a partnership that ends with you holding the keys.

Our founder grew up watching families in Minnesota's Somali community face an impossible choice. Pay interest and carry the spiritual weight. Or rent forever and never build wealth. A few found Islamic financing options, but the process was slow, opaque, and felt like it belonged in a different era.
We knew technology could fix this. We knew transparency could rebuild trust. And we knew that a community that has been failed by broken promises deserved something real.
So we built Baytly. Not a landing page and a dream. A regulated, licensed financial technology company with actual Sharia scholars reviewing every contract, actual state licenses on file, and an actual platform you can use today.
